What you get

- Clear Status Tracking: You can see your case move through Pending → In Review → Completed.
How to use it
- Start a consultation: Go to Consultation from the sidebar.
- Upload your reports: PDF / JPG / PNG (multiple files allowed). Symptoms & medical history are optional.
- Pay the consultation fee: Via UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
- Track progress: Check Track Status to see where your case is.
- Payment receipts: View all your payments anytime under Payment Receipt.
Privacy & security:
Your reports are stored securely and are only accessible to you and authorized medical staff for review.
Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
